"Basic education curriculum reform program (Trial)" put forward:in the teaching process, teachers and students should interact actively, improve together; at the same time, teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ learning initiative, training students’ capability constantly questioned, in practice the bold conjecture. At the same time, teachers should respect each student’s personality, attention to individual differences of each student, in order to meet the various needs of students in learning knowledge.In teaching practice, the author thinks that every concept, formula was already very clear, even not dare to delay every minute, even doing a little game, saying a small joke. But students lose one’s vitality, and not fully understand, when encountering the same types of problem, the errors of students still exist. A class down oneself speak mouth parched and tongue scorched, terribly fatigued, after hard correcting homework, guidance, help students correct mistakes; while passive lectures, students always repeated work, still not active learning, active thinking, lack of questions and the ability to solve problems.In view of the above problems, the author hopes that their education theory is combined with the teaching practice, the theory of learning motivation, learning style and cognitive style is based on theory and constructivism learning theory, take the case interview, questionnaire survey, the basic situation of the investigation and Research on students learning mathematics, and constantly to reflect on their own teaching problems, such as lack of attention to students, homework is too cumbersome, for students learning initiative, training and guidance teachers give not.The author attempts to use the training initiative of teaching strategies for students, in the cultivation of students’ learning initiative:firstly, before class, guide students to form the habit of previewing; secondly, create a good classroom positive atmosphere; again, after-school time for students to master the dynamic review, abandon the title sea tactics; finally, focus on the mutual evaluation between students and students, ability of mutual supervision between students and students. At’the same time, some strategies in the detail aspect:first, pay attention to the dialogue between teachers and students, create a harmonious classroom; second, try to do auxiliary students and facilitators; third, pay attention to the training of students’ good learning habits; fourth, reasonable use of internal motivation and external motivation; fifth, guide the students to form the reasonable expectation; sixth, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, allows different students’ learning styles coexist; seventh, guide students to construct knowledge actively formingFinally, aiming at teaching strategies, the author designs a series of teaching experiments. By the experimental pre-test and post-test, from questionnaire results in the experimental class and the comparative classes, the author draws the conclusion that to a certain degree the teaching strategy is desirable, can improve student’s score, can stimulate the students interest in learning, can play a certain role in promoting in the students’ learning initiative, which used to guide the auther teaching practice in the future.
