With the deepening of the application of information technology in the field of education, higher education is also fast forward the process of information technology, blended learning become the widespread concern of more academics, as well as the field of higher education reform, which open a new breakthrough. Advantages, in fully on the basis of the two learning methods combined with face-to-face learning and online learning, blend learning its habits of lifelong learning across time and space, maximize meet the learners’ individual needs and culture increasingly become mainstream learning. This job M.Ed., is undoubtedly the best choice.This study on the basis of the combination of a large number of hybrid learning, free education for graduates of service study for the first time the first Master of Education study through literature inspection, investigation and research blended learning situation for them to conduct a more in-depthexplore, discover a part of the job M.Ed. own premise, from the motivation to learn:diversification of the incentive, utilitarian, vocational orientation is not single-minded, positive learning attitude, ability to lifelong learning is generally not high; from the learning processsexual perspective: not clear learning goals and plans, inadequately prepared learning materials, learning methods unscientific courses and the job is completed in a timely manner, learning activities and online Q&A level of participation is not enough, many problems then combined their individual internal factors and external factors affecting the parsing learning platform design point of view, then from the point of view of job M.Ed. personal point of view, teachers’education and education managements, the four aspects of the online course development and resources designed angle effectively solve The strategy, aimed at improving the quality of blended learning in the Master of in-service education and providing new ideas and methods for the field of higher education reform.This article includes the introduction and conclusion is divided into six parts:The part of this introduction which mainly describe about three first expounded reasons and the significance of this topic, and then illustrate the ideas and methods of the study, the main content of this research, innovation, related concepts that are defined.The second part which mainly talk about the instructional design theories, educational communication theories, autonomy in learning theory, theory of collaborative learning three aspects of the theoretical basis of the hybrid learning described by the literature method to organize and analyze the collected literature, to understand the hybrid learning at home and abroad.The third part which mainly describe to pursue Master of Education, Shaanxi Normal University, serving first free education for graduates, for example, learning abilities, school motivations, career orientations, recognizing and the able that adapt to the situation, learning styles and tasks completion situations aspects of mixed-service Master of Education learning survey results of the statistical analysis.The fourth part is based on combined statistical analysis of the survey results, combined with some serving Master of Education and lecturers, teachers, guidance teachers and learning platform for the design and management interviews, self-motivation and the learning process from working M.Ed., interactive The sexual situation two aspects to summarize the outstanding problems in their blended learning and its influencing factors are analyzed from the point of view of the internal and external causes.The fifth part is mainly about the outstanding problems in the job Blended Learning Master of Education, the author from the learner’s own teaching and teaching management and learning platform designed four perspectives of the development of online courses and resources designed to put forward practical solutions to the problems.The sixth part is mainly from two angles Summary and Outlook summarizes some of the conclusions of this study and the harvest, while some shortcomings of this study, and finally outlook of blended learning.
