Since the implementation of a new round of the curriculum reform, the field of basic education has undergone a tremendous change. The concept of teacher education and teaching has been updated, and the professional competence of teachers has been upgraded, but there still exist some problems involving the inveterate examination-oriented education, the inconsistent teachers’ lifelong learning, and the insufficient school-based curriculum development. As the graduate who is about to enter the field of education in the near future, I encountered many troubles during the internship, which I did not meet in my theoretical study. As new teachers, how to make a breakthrough in the teaching speeches and how to self-optimize the teaching speeches caught my thinking. Teaching speeches of teachers in primary education means a bridge leading to the students’ minds and a key unlocking the students’ wisdom. The level of teachers’ teaching speeches directly restricts their teaching effectiveness; and the Chinese teachers’ teaching speeches in middle schools play a key role in providing the demonstration for students to learn the Chinese language and culture; and affect the development of students’ abilities in many aspects. The thesis takes the teachers’ teaching speeches in the classroom as the research object, trying to exert the positive energy of the teaching speeches, develop the students’ intelligence, and improve the students’ characters. Although new teachers are enthusiastic about the new job, but due to the lack of experience and the limited theoretical reserves, it is very difficult for us to further develop in many ways. This will be firstly reflected in the effective use of teaching speeches, so we need to enhance the level of our own speeches, and improve our teaching skills as soon as possible. This thesis aims to explore the concept and the use principle of the teachers’ speeches, to compare the teaching speeches of skilled teachers in order to help new teachers deepen the understanding of the effectiveness of classroom speeches, and to provide guidance to the scientific and artistic teaching speeches for Chinese teachers so as to exert the positive energy of the teaching speeches of the new Chinese teachers and establish their own style of teaching speeches as soon as possible.This thesis is divided into four main parts:Part Ⅰ:Theoretical distinction between the concepts of language, speech and teaching speech, the analysis of the importance of teaching speech, the characteristics and style of teaching speech.Part Ⅱ:The concepts of new, mature and expert teachers, the comparison of their teaching speeches.Part Ⅲ:Providing reference for the growth of teaching speeches of the new Chinese teachers in middle schools.Part Ⅳ:Trying to find a reference for evaluating the teaching speeches of the Chinese teachers in middle schools.There are many works and papers studying teachers’ teaching speech; and this thesis makes a comprehensive combination on the basis of the previous knowledge of teaching speeches. This thesis lays emphasis on the Chinese teachers’ teaching speeches in middle schools; furthermore, provides practical suggestions for the development strategy of teachers’ speeches in middles schools to help new teachers rank into skilled teachers. In addition, the researchers did little studies on the fourth part, so I hope that the quantitative exploration can be done on evaluating criteria for teachers’ teaching speeches through my own effort.
