During the present educational activities, according to the teachers'language feature, the educational speeches are showed that encouraging, persuading, criticism, commendation, leading, humor words and so on by language experts home and abroad. The encouraging, humor, persuading, and leading words are fixed as the main educational speeches by the author after her half-year observation on the educational activities. This conclusion is also based on the interview with the students and the teachers during the half year. These words are widely and frequently used by the first-line teachers and they are representative.This thesis is based on the survey to the eight senior middle schools in Lushunkou District, Dalian, and the author investigate the current situation of the educational speeches in junior high school at a different angle. The result shows that the teachers, from different schools or at different ages and genders, use different educational speeches. For example, men teachers use humor words more often than the women, while women teachers use leading words more often than the men. And young teachers use encouraging words more often than the old, while the old teachers use persuading words more often than the young. However, the inter-district teachers use the humor words more often than the off-district. But the humor words are used less than the other three educational language overall.To promote efficient education effect,300 students in the eight schools are interviewed or received to fill in the open survey. The result shows that the students in lower grades easily accept the encouraging words and they will be adapt to the leading and encouraging words together as they grow, while they are tired of their teachers' persuading words. Further more, they are likely to accept the young teachers with more humor words. At last, the author thinks of the countermeasures of how to use educational speeches for teachers in junior middle schools in order to keep up with times, promote the harmony between teachers and students and get better education effect.
