Chinese is the mutual source of the wisdom of human beings, each one of us,since the day we were born,have started to get edificated and infected by the mother tongue, gradually, we get used to speaking, reading and writing according to the native standards and requirements.That is to say since the day we got to know characters, reading went with our life,work and stud.One person’s reading level, not only enriches his knowledge structure, but also influence the development of his ability to learn as well as inclination. So,how to improve the reading ability of students has become the pinnacle of Chinese teaching. As a new round of reformation about new course of basic education, more and more new teaching concept emerged, however,experiential learning as a kind of new way of teaching and learning,has been paid more and more attention.In recent years, there are a lot of research on this kind of teaching concept, but more is focused on the exploration of theories, for the practice of exploration there is still some deficiencies.For the majority of teachers who have been restricted by the traditional teaching,the new teaching theory have been tried by them,but still remained at the "performance"as before.They tended to ignore the design and requirements of the course objective,as for the teaching achievements were neglected.As a modem graduate student,on the basis of studying the "new curriculum standard",the author tries to combine some treatise and as well as teaching cases, combine explorations on both theory and practice, and make some preliminary exploration of application of experiential learning teaching methods in Chinese reading teaching.In this case,in order to "stand on the shoulders of giants to see higher".In Chinese reading, the application of experiential learning theory, has brought vigor and vitality for the reading teaching.It emphasizes on individual experience and active participation of students, emphasizes the process of experiencing texts and dialogues, gives full play to the initiative and creativity of the students, in line with the purpose of giving priority to the students, let the students hands-on experience in person, complete the pluralistic interpretation of the text. Although it has some pitfalls in the process of practice, but it is still a positive and effective way of learning.This article altogether is divided into five parts:the first part is the cause, the purpose and significance of the selected topic, from the present conditions of Chinese reading teaching, determine the research object and scope; The second part is the theory of experiential learning, mainly from the constructivism learning theory, humanistic learning theory, multiple intelligence theory, Dewey’s "learning by doing" and David cooper "experiential circle learning mode" and so on five aspects were traced back to the excavation of the experiential learning theory support, verify the feasibility of its implementation experience under the new standard; The third part is respectively introduces the concept of experience, the concept, characteristics and significance of experiential learning, the concept and characteristics,functions of Chinese reading of experiential learning,is a macro understanding of Chinese reading of experiential learning; The fourth part is the exploration of experiential learning in Chinese reading teaching strategy, from five aspects respectively:first is in the beginning of the class to create a certain situation, stimulate students’ experience;second is the classroom of text reading, strengthen the students’ experience; third is to let the students go further into the text reading, to fully experience;forth is teachers pay attention to the design of questions which should be enlightening and situational, and further cause enthusiasm for students to explore, deepen the experience, proper feedback after class training; fifth is sublimated the experience of students; The fifth part is based on some of the teachers’ reflection and research results, summarizes the experiential learning prone to some of the pitfalls in the application process, as well as coping strategies.
