Common and high colleges aerobics curriculum content mainly is:"to exercise for the purpose of aerobics. Aerobics is a manifestation of health and beauty of the movement, not only focus on form, attitude, action of the external beauty training, the cultivation of inner beauty and pay attention to beauty appreciation, aesthetic sentiment; to cultivate the students correct attitude and sense of rhythm, improve coordination and aesthetic ability, enhance the physical has a very good role. Because of these characteristics of Aerobics inherent, meet the psychological and physiological characteristics, so it become one of the major sports curriculum in universities and colleges.This study uses literature method, survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, from two aspects of teachers and students of the Yangzhou University aerobics course and teaching present situation investigation. The results show:1, Yangzhou university physical education teachers, and the vast majority of the student to the aerobics curriculum and teaching the meaning and function of higher cognition. Syllabus set by the teaching target is in line with the spirit of the outline, also reflected the project characteristics of aerobics.2, About the teaching content, use teaching material behind the development of the aerobics movement today; Too little theoretical teaching arrangement, practice teaching contents are too single.3, Teaching method, teachers using multimedia assisted teaching, innovative teaching emerging teaching method is less, such as teachers and students, between students and students of multilateral interactive activities is less, to cultivate the students’ subject consciousness, cooperation and innovation spirit is insufficient.4, The content of the assessment for students aerobics is tend to be more comprehensive and diversified, teachers’ cognitive degree is higher. But in the process of evaluation, teachers tend to be more quantitative, students tend to qualitative content.5, Yangzhou university students interest in calisthenics course is higher, more than70%of the students like aerobics course, the main learning motivation mainly include fitness, fitness, healthy heart, meet the interests and hobbies, active and rich cultural life, participate in social activities, improve the aesthetic taste and interest. More than80%of students believe that by learning aerobics course has promoting effect on the lifetime sports concept, but, curriculum and teaching on the students life-long sports ability and habit of remaining gap.6, Aerobics teaching faculty of basic meet the demand of teaching, but teaching classes students number, the more the have a certain gap with the requirements of the guidelines.7,5in the field of curriculum and teaching objectives have degrees have larger imbalance, fitness goals to achieve the highest degree, psychological health goals reached a minimum.8, Lack of teaching conditions, mainly reflects in indoor venues, old equipment, shortage of equipment, less, less books and materials and outdated; School overall sports culture atmosphere is insufficient, lack of aerobics extracurricular activities and competition.In view of the above problems, put forward the basic countermeasures:1, Rich aerobics teaching content, increase and broaden the aerobics theoretical teaching content, especially to increase the benefit students to master relevant practical aerobics movement rule of the theoretical knowledge; Increase practice teaching aerobics special class of projects.2, Strengthen the organization of aerobic activities, to strengthen the construction of aerobics facilities, ensure smooth completion for calisthenics teaching;3, Innovation teaching methods, the use of aerobics "collective", strengthen the interaction between students and teachers, students and students and cooperation, cultivate the students’ cooperation spirit and innovation consciousness.4, In terms of curriculum learning evaluation, should pay attention to the evaluation of "incentive and development" concept, the different levels of students to give a full affirmation, motivation and praise;5, To strengthen the teachers troop construction, to better meet the demand of teaching;6, On the basis of the outline of "health first and promoting the sustainable development of students" spirit, strengthen the research on how to through the course teaching to enhance students’ psychological quality, sports participation and social interaction skills.7, Fully explore aerobics fitness, entertainment and practical function, to strengthen the teaching of aerobics course content to contact student health and survival of life; Aerobics club activities, lets the student in the sports in life to learn.
