With its increasing influence on education, dialogical theory is being widely used by educationalists. The theory focuses on the subjectivity relationship between teachers and students, emphasizes on students’discourse power in teaching, changes the unidirectional transfer of information and values students’status in education, so dialogical theory and its spirits reshapes China’s traditional educational concept. Dialogue is the state of existence of education as well as the link between teachers and students, education, life and spirit. The widespread application of dialogical theory in education has showed great impact on preschool teachers’ educational belief, teaching wit and language arts, and therefore it is of great significance to their specialization development. Under the guidance of dialogical theory, preschool teachers should take the following ways in order to promote specialization:first, to form reasonable educational beliefs, learn more about dialogical theory and cultivate new views on students and teaching in line with modern educational ideas; second, to carry out reflection on teaching based on dialogue, laying emphasis on the reflection of dialogue process between teachers, and teachers and students; and third, to enhance the logical, emotional and expressional training of teaching language.
