Abstract The difficulty of reform is deeply recognized as well as the great achievements of it in more than a decade of further development. The new curriculum reform is so all-sided, completely and oriented to build a new system of curriculum culture, that it is time up to reinterpret and understand the cultural conflict that happens among the teachers acting as practitioners of reform, which is an important factor in the development of new curriculum reform. It is conducive to the development of teachers’culture and new curriculum reform through the analysis of the conflict phenomenon and its significance in education among teachers.This article mainly through literature, interviews to collect data. For a group of teachers in the new curriculum implementation process three levels of cultural conflict of Spiritual culture, behavior, institutional culture, Combines anthropology and pedagogy were analyzed with education cases. As teachers culture have very wide field In this article only as a starting point the work of teachers to analyze teachers implied cultural conflict. Among them, the teacher’s spiritual and cultural conflicts are mainly from two of the most critical elements of spiritual culture. From the teacher’s curriculum consciousness and teaching concepts conflict to analyze.Mainly from the perspective of teaching behavior conflict to analyze teacher behavior cultural conflict. Teaching conflct of management system used to discuss Institutional culture’s conflict. These three conflicts are mutual penetration.The phenomenon of Teacher’s conflict is an inevitable in the new curriculum. We must face up and guide the conflict.Teachers’cultural conflict can promote the new curriculum reform and teachers growth. Conflict is inevitable Conflict has the role of construction. Conflict requires a correct understanding and guidance.
