Education is a form of culture, and education reform is also a transformation about culture. The reform of teacher culture is an important means of education to achieve education reform. In the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers’ collaborative culture is the development direction of teacher culture. Setting up teachers’collaborative culture plays a strong role in promoting teachers’professional growth, students’overall development and school. It’s the hope of improving the qualify of rural schools education.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, rural schools recognize the importance of cooperation and expand certain forms of cooperation.However, through the case study we find that in the course of specific practice of teacher cooperation, the cultural current situation of rural schools shows individualism culture is dominated, section time culture is obvious, formalism and utilitarian cooperation is taken face. It fails to play its proper value. Therefore, it is necessary to study on the reconstruction of teachers’collaborative culture of rural schools. Reconstruction is different from the construction,and it attaches great importance to the original cultural foundation, and confirms the positive value of institutionalized cooperation,and then focuses on the existing problem,about which Liuzhen school is considered to be the most represented.On the basis of investigation, analysis and reflection of the case, we find that the causes of the problems are mainly from four aspects:the teacher’s ideas, the system of school management, organizational climate of school and time conditions of cooperation.In view of this, based on demonstrating the relations of cooperation and independence,competition and cooperation, it follows the principle of interdependence and communion, and puts forward the specific path of reconstruction. It includes the following aspects:arouse teachers to enter common wish scenery of cooperation; build new types of teacher cooperative organization, and encourage innovative cooperation; open the school-based teaching and research system; implement teachers" driving force mechanism and guarantee cooperation time.These strategies are aimed to build the collaborative atmosphere of mutual support, open and trust among teachers, making rural teachers form the self-consciousness of cooperation, so as to promote the healthy development of teachers’collaborative culture, and ultimately promote the teachers’ professional development and students’over-all development in rural schools.
