With the deep development of new curriculum reform, people begin to realize that the difficult part of the reform is the transformation of the curriculum's thoughtful idea. Essentially, new curriculum reform is to build a new system in order to fit to the culture. And the teachers' cultural conflict is the most important effective factor which is based on the system. Therefore we need to understand the teacher culture deeply. In order to survey the conflict, we should try hard to avoid the ill-conflict. By analyzing the primary and secondary teachers' behavior in class, the embodied conflicts during their development process, we try to guide the teacher culture into a healthy way.The essay uses literature study, case study and academic analysis. From the unique point-view of teacher and uses different theory such as philosophy, pedagogy, educational sociology to analyze the axiological conflict, behavior cultural conflict and management conflict of teachers. From the theory angle and practical angle, we also can find it filters into the three-dimension aim. The essence of the conflict is the teachers' educational view's conflict. Through avoiding the conflict, we can promote the professional qualities of teachers.This essay includes three parts: the prolegomenon, the main body and the conclusion.The prolegomenon is consisted of the arising of the theme, the meaning of this study, the relative study summarize and the research method.The main body includes four chapters.The first chapter is the brief introduction of relative conceptions. In this part, the author introduces the following conceptions, such as culture, teachers' culture and conflict. In addition, the author introduces the characteristic and function of conflict. After analyzing the above conceptions, the essay gives the definition, essence and effect of teachers' cultural conflict under the background of new curriculum reform. Meanwhile, the essay gives the constructional and devastating function.The second chapter discusses the academic base of this study. We should mirror the other subjects in order to perfect the study. The other subjects include philosophy, pedagogy and educational sociology. The research should use these theories to analyze teacher's cultural conflict.The third chapter discusses the practical system of this study. The essay analyses the teachers' cultural conflict's developmental process, the reason and the present condition. The main analyzing way is case study. The study discusses from the idea conflict, the fight of their behavior culture and their management culture conflict, in order to disclose the real situation of the conflict of teachers' culture.The forth chapter discusses the circumvention of the teachers' cultural conflict under the background of new curriculum reform. This study mainly narrates the devastating part of this theme. For the teacher, firstly, they should build the harmonious sense of culture. Secondly, they should avoid the behavior culture during teaching practice and the development of harmful behavior during being professional. Thirdly, there should be the support of educational system. Finally, we should construct an effective way to solve this problem—cultural conversation.The conclusion emphasizes the teachers' cultural conflict is very important to our country's new curriculum reform and to teachers' self-development and perfection. Then summarize the study and give the suggestion about further study.
