Interpersonal conflict is common among pupils, and it will take badeffects to the pupils’ physical and mental health. At the same time, coping strategy ofpupils’ interpersonal conflict is an important part work of primary school teachers, it’salso a very tricky work need lots of energy and wisdom. As one of the primary schoolteachers, based on the theoretical study, we try to use the methods of peer nomination,questionnaire, interview, survey and case analysis to study the interpersonal conflict ofpupils and the corresponding coping strategy of primary school teachers.Firstly, presentation of the origin, object, methods and significance of the research.And summarize the related research circumstance at home and abroad as well.Moreover, try to redefine the core concepts also.Secondly, showed three pictures of peer nomination in three classes, and analysisthe current situation of interpersonal relationship between pupils. Combine the result ofquestionnaire survey and the pictures of peer nomination. We can conclude thecharacteristics of pupils’ relationship, and understand of it can help us know theinterpersonal conflict of pupils clearly.Thirdly, listed some typical cases of interpersonal conflict between individual andindividual, individual and group, group and group. And the causes of the interpersonalconflict are follows: the main reason is the undesirable personality trait of pupils; theroot cause is the impertinent way of family education; and the harmful effect fromcompanion is also an important cause. Besides, this part provided substratum of chosencoping style too.At last, presented some typical and effective cases of primary school teachers’coping strategy when faced the interpersonal conflict between pupils. Based on theabove, included the corresponding coping strategy of primary school teachers: on one side, analysis the interpersonal conflict between pupils from the aspects of type,manifestation, cause and influence surface. On the other side, chosen the correspondingattitude, opportunity, situation, audiences, main body and method of coping strategy.
