Twenty-first Century is a new age, is a technology of knowledge economy, information is the basis of the era of global economic integration. In the new situation, to change the traditional teaching with the teacher as the center, the new classroom construction, give full play to the leading role ot teachers, students have become one of the main objecti ves-of the present teaching reform. This research on the learning plan guidance is carried out in the new situation. Research on the learning plan guidance, not only can change with the knowledge as the standard, the teacher-centered education idea, change teaching and perfusion than classroom teaching mode, also helps to improve the overall quality of students.This paper uses literature research, survey research, action research and other research methods, from the existing in the application of the theory of learning, the learning problems, to explore the three aspects of the case study conducted research and practice. Research shows, application of case teaching in Senior Middle School Ideological and political course not only helps to change the learning style of students, improve students’ autonomous learning ability, but also help to improve the teaching ability of teachers. Of course, every teaching method has its own limitations and shortcomings, and this requires that we constantly learning to improve, in order to make it adapt to the development of modern teaching reform.
