Xuzhou city to implement the "teaching plan" mode,to a certain extent,overcome the past long-term problems of students' subjectivity is not high,arouse the enthusiasm of the students' learning,and has achieved remarkable success,is a valuable exploration of teaching reform.However,the achievements of this model in the at the same time,also brought new problems,which it did not consciously based on interaction type based on the theory of relationship between teachers and students,will inevitably exist some problems that cannot be ignored.Professor Ren ping in the interaction between teachers and students practice research,provides us with the basic view of theory analysis and basis of the theory is that: Firstly,education is the essence of inter-subjective communication activity,means the exchanges between teachers and students "main-the main" activities,not "Lord"between one dimensional activity;Secondly,the exchanges are not completely arbitrary and differential activity,but under the constraint of a Shared object floor(textbook)activities,are a unity of universality and particularity.Its basic structure is the "main-guest-main structure",not "main-the main structure”;Thirdly,two-way integration between teachers and students main body,mutual construction dimension.It is the dual subject facing common object base plate between teachers and students,two-way interaction,mutual construction and integration,and then the process of integration,change teaching between teachers and students relations.The integration and the content of the construction is not only involves the knowledge dimension,and the connotation of the emotion,value and significance of dimension.Senior high school education courses "teaching plan" teaching model,based on the viewpoint of interaction type relationship between teachers and students,are lacking in the above three aspects,Firstly,is the classroom teaching,pay attention to students' single subjectivity has been weakened by the teacher's subjectivity,partly replace the teacher's role with the participation of students.Secondly,is the study of knowledge in classroom teaching,guide the students' emotion,attitude,values,makes the students cannot be comprehensive development.Thirdly,it is part of the student ability improved,but some students participate in less or not to participate in,to some extent,the teacherignored the individual differences of students.The cause of these problems,mainly the test system of senior high school education courses "teaching plan" negative impact,no reasonable relationship between teachers and students in senior high school education courses the negative influence of "teaching plan".To solve the unreasonable relationship between teachers and students,to promote the senior high school education courses "teaching plan" positive significance.Based on interaction type teacher-student relationship theory field of vision,through senior high school education courses "teaching plan" teaching mode of countermeasures,mainly to improve the communication between teachers and students,teachers continue to deepen the transformation idea,students to continuously update the concept from three aspects.
