As the importance of education is realized by more and more people, the development of society are expecting more and more from class masters. In this sense, it is significant to be people-oriented to promote the professionalization of class masters,which serves as an important means to train highly-qualified teachers as well as an internal component of the modernization of education.This study aims at researching the influential factors and existing problems in the professionalization of class masters in Tanggu NO.6Middle School. Literature research, questionnaire and interview are inlvoved so as to summarize the effective measures in promoting the professionalization.Based on the study, it is found that both positive and negative elements for the development of class masters exist in Tanggu NO.6Middle School, for examples, the mounting guard forms and training mechanism, professional competence, evaluation mechanism, enthusiasm for working as well as personal recognition of the professional development. In the meantime, countermeasures are rasied in this study in order to promote the professionalization of class masters, optimize the mounting gurad forms,training mechanism and evaluation mechanism, improve personal competence professionally and enthusiasm for working and so on.
