Voluntary service is a noble Social Enterprise. In foreign countries .It have been very mature, but its development in China is relatively not enough perfect. The impact of volunteers in society is enormous, it not only can save huge economic costs, but also can promote social harmony and stability. In recent years, sports gradually are developing in China, and many of the city to organize events to promote the brand of the city and the comprehensive development of the city. Because of the difference of kinds of the event, the impact is also different. According to the traits of sporting events and research competition, the research mainly studies the incentive of the volunteers in Shanghai ATP1000 Masters. The traits of the large single event that have temporary, large scales. It need be organized to a large number of people involved in the events rapidly in a short time. The events only depend on the staffs that is not enough. Sports Volunteers came into being at this time, and play an important role in events. Sports volunteers supply their services from the bid to the events, preparations for the event to the held of the events in areas where the best reception, transportation, language translation, health and medical community, security guard, the audience guidelines, communication, goods distribution, supported running venue, supported the race organization, supported cultural activities and news to run. No matter who officials, athletes, sponsors, spectators, media, there is no doubt to contact with volunteers. Therefore, to good management and motivation of the volunteers is the key to success or failure of events and operations management.By use of documentation, method of comparative study, questionnaire method, mathematic and physics analysis method and logical analysis, under the premise of a wide range of access to information on volunteer management and incentives, as well as in the manner of comparison, induction, analysis, synthesis and conception, the paper analyses a variety of data and information to draw the conclusion. The article makes systematically combing and theoretical summary on volunteers of connotation, value, motivation, demand and the factor of the initiative of volunteers in Shanghai ATP1000 Masters , in virtue of analyzing and summarizing the main problems on volunteers incentive, and on this basis , combing the analysis of the data, offers further reference for the incentive in order to promote the development of event volunteers and provide a useful reference for the management of event volunteers.Through these analysis, articles come to several conclusions: first, compared to volunteers, sports volunteers in Shanghai ATP1000 Masters need even professional knowledge and different in the ways of performance on the incentives. Second, volunteers who are in l Shanghai ATP1000 Masters involved in voluntary activities in different background of motivations are different from demands, motivation factors and the factor of the initiative of volunteers. Third, the development of our volunteers started relatively late, there are still some problems in Shanghai ATP1000 Masters of volunteer management that mainly has following several aspects: the inadequate and single of incentive systems; the simple and single of recruitment approach; lack of the diversity of incentive framework and subjects of management, lack of effective incentives. Current volunteer incentive policy is not perfect, the incentive for event volunteers are mostly spiritual encouragement, while material incentives is also to provide event souvenirs, this is not sufficient to motivate volunteers work better. Last, according to the current status of encouragement, perfecting and improving the event volunteers have two major aspects : on the one hand , including the inherent incentives which have the volunteer organization authorized and responsible for motivation, psychological contract incentives, job enrichment and enlargement, targeted incentives, training incentives. The other hand, it is the external incentives of volunteers that perfect volunteer policy and legal support, advocating volunteers, developing and promoting volunteer culture, providing opportunities to communicate with the master.
