In the new round of the basic education curriculum reform, it is urgent to changethe concept of education, reform the teaching mode and improve teaching methods.The core concept of the new curirculum reform is as follows. The teachers must breakthrough the traditional teaching mode and methods and change the teacher-centeredmethod into the student-centered method. The students must learn to play the mainrole in learning. The teachers should focus on cultivating the students1learning ideasand thinking ability,improving the quality of students, and promoting all-rounddevelopment of students and sustainable development. The learning-sheet teachingfully embodies and implements this education idea. For an educator, how toeffectively change the learning style of students and improve students’ learning abilityhas become an important subject of education reform.In the new curriculum reform and the papers in senior high school entranceexamination, students’ ideological and moral qualities and st’udents values aremainly examined. The teachers can use some activities to test students’ ability to applyknowledge to new situations, new materials and new problems. The teachers can alsotest ’students ability of analyzing the theoretical and practical problems, theirunderstanding of the theory and the ability to solve problems. This research combinesconstructivism and the theory of "advance organizer" concept, and applies them to thelearning-sheet teaching method. This research also pays attention to the characteristicsof middle school students of junior middle school and does further research on theireffects on the application of the learning-sheet teaching.This paper mainly includes four parts. The first part is the introduction, includingthe guiding case research questions, research status, theoretical basis, researchsignificance and research method. The second part is the meanings of the use of thelearning sheet. The third part is the design of the learning sheet. It includes the designof learning objectives, the design of previewing content, the design of different situation, the design of cooperation inquiry, the design of test in class and the designof homework. The fourth part is the classroom application of the learning sheet.
