| The requirement of new rural construction indicates that we should promote thedegree of attaching importance to rural population education, focus on expeditingtransfer of labor force, and speed up the implementation of China’s agriculturalscientization and industrialization, thus to increase rural economic income of ourcountry and improve farmers’ living standard. The existence of some practical factors,such as many rural populations, undeveloped economic and inadequate education,leads to still have a long way to solve rural education in China.This thesis, which is based on the released relevant data on the website of theeducation department of Mu danjiang government and parts of domestic and foreigncurrent situation of the development of rural education, analyzes that only when ruralpopulation quality, basic educational level and adult vocational technical ability havebeen improved, can the deficiency in the process of developing the rural education atpresent stage in Mu danjiang be better solved, which is also compulsory and urgenttask in the new rural construction in our country.This thesis includes seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, mainly including the background, purposeand significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, as well as the maincontents methods and innovation points of the thesis.The second chapter is the related concept definition and theoretical basis, mainlyintroducing the conception of modern farmers, farmers’ quality, rural education andfarmer education; in addition to the basic theory of public goods, rural public goodsand human capital investment.The third chapter is the domestic and foreign rural education experience forreference, illustrating the present situation and the reform experience and inspirationof rural education, such as domestic Shi jiazhuang, Huang gang and Chang shu; theUnited States, Korea, Japan and other countries.The fourth chapter is the present situation of rural education in Mu danjiang,expounding five kinds of rural education from rural basic education, rural vocationaleducation, rural adult education, transfer skills training to production skills training.The fifth chapter is the existing problems and causes of rural education of Mu danjiang. The main problems come from education system, funding, teaching staff,and employment support. The causes are from imperfect current education system, aserious shortage of funding, non–matched teachers’ safeguard system and teachingplace. The last point is that the traditional education achievement is difficult intoeconomic benefits.The sixth chapter is the strategies and recommendations to perfect the ruraleducation of Mu danjiang, mainly including establishing and perfecting the policymechanism, increasing the investment of funds, enhancing the faculty building,expanding virtuous cycle of startups and employment, justifying the point “Reading isuseful.â€, etc.The last chapter is the conclusion. |
