| University-industry-research cooperation integrated the practical advantages ofenterprise and the knowledge innovation advantages of research institutions. It can promotethe integration of knowledge innovation and market、accelerate the transformation ofscientific research achievement into productivity, promote economic sustainable development.Our country is in the transitional period of economic development, Market conditions at homeand abroad is changeable, unpredictable marketing environment reduce the level ofinnovation in study-research cooperative, consequently, it’s an important value that study onhow to cultivate the dynamic capability of university and industry.The first is, this article defined the concept of Industry-university-institute cooperationperformance、Knowledge transfer、knowledge integration and dynamic capability, in addition,this article dispels dynamic capability into three elements as environmental insight、organizational learning and integrating capacity, further research dynamic capabilities. in thesecond place, based on the Relevant Theories, analyzed the correlativity about dynamiccapabilities and Industry-university-institute cooperation performance, and put forward themodel about the effect of dynamic capabilities on industry-university-institute cooperationperformance. Once more, collected the empirical data with the questionnaire, test thetheoretical model in view of Structure Equation Model, Validation results show that dynamiccapabilities isn’t positively related to industry-university-institute cooperation performance,dynamic capabilities indirectly impact on industry-university-institute cooperationperformance by Knowledge transfer and knowledge integration. Finally, On the empiricalanalysis, this paper promotion the countermeasure about Promote industry-university-institutecooperation performance from the perspective of dynamic capabilities、knowledge transferand knowledge integration. |
