Agricultural industries are making more contributions to the economy growth in rural areas as well as farmers' income. There is a growing in contribution of agricultural industries to the agricultural economy and farmer's income,Therefore, the rapid and sustainable development of the agricultural enterprises is important to deal with "three agricultural"related problems. This development needs technologies and agricultural enterprises themselvesare lack of technical expertise for their technology innovations and applications. This problem can be solved by forming an technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities. In recent years, the agriculture technology innovations had continuously increased in universities which became the important resources for technology development in agricultural enterprises. The central and local governments of China provided agriculture relatedpolicies by central and local government for supporting the collaboration between agricultural enterprises and universities. This kind of collaborations have become an important way to fill the needs of agricultural enterprises in technology. There are already many collaborations between agricultural enterprises and universities. Therefore, founding of technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities in order to increase the knowledge exchange between the members and increase working efficiency between agricultural enterprises and universities are urgent in current situation. This paper will analyse feasibility in setting up of technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities and the necessity of the collaboration by reading literatures and through survey.Secord, build the framework of theoretical analysis of knowledge transfer in the technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities will be divided into the initial stage of knowledge transfer, implementation phase, spread and integration phases, and accordingly design knowledge transfer performance measurement variable and their potential impact factors, and in accordance with survey data collected, use a structural equation model to study the impact of factors and their role in the path of knowledge transfer performance of the technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities;then, using a combination of entropy method and single-factor analysis of variance, identify enterprise-scale nature of ownership, location characteristic factors of the knowledge transfer performance of the technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities,Fujian province technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities knowledge transfer performance optimization recommendations. The main conclusions from the theoretical analysis and empirical studies are as follows:Firstly, the knowledge transferring can be divided into four stages(initial, implementing, spreading and integrating stages)through our agricultural technical alliance's knowledge transferring model, and meanwhile the factors that would impact the transferring process can be analysed in each stage.Secondly, through reliability test, validity test and verified factoring analysis,we clarify the key factors that would probably influence the performance of knowledge transferring and confirm that 28 of the factors tested are crucial, among which 4 belonging to the "initial stage",3 to the "implementing",5 to the "spreading" and 4 to the "integrating",and 5 of them are political environment factors with 7 enterprise fundamentals.Thirdly,we use the software LISREL 8.70 to discover the direct and indirect effect that the determinating factors would have on knowledge transferring process and the findings indicated are stated below:1.Political envirornment factors have remarkable direct influence on all the four stages but not on the results of knowledge transferring.2.Factors in the initial stage(agricultural enterprises' demand for knowledge)directly affect the implementing stage but not the results.3.Factors in the implementing stage(willingness for agricultural enterprises to absorb knowledge)directly affect the spreading stage but not the results.4.Factors in the spreading stage(degrees of academic knowledge transferring and degrees of absorption for enterprises)directly affect the integrating stage and the results whilst indirectly influence the results through integrating.5.Factors(enterprises' abilities of knowledge integration)in integrating stage directly affect the results.6.Company size, sales, location, knowledge transferring mode, the position in the industry chain, whether they establish research institutions and whether they assign someone to take charge of the cooperation of colleges and company, all would have direct impact on the results. We are the first to use the knowledge transferring model in this paper to analyse the interaction between colleges and agricultural enterprises in all the four stages, combining the division of stages and the influencing factors,as well as to conduct empirical studies on the direct and indirect impact of the four stages on the results. We also discuss the effect of the fundamentals on the results to enhance the theoretical achievements of the research on the factors which will impact the results.
