The effectiveness of ideological and political education, has always been the focus of theacademic circles, is also an often new topic. Based on Marx’s and habermas’s communicativeaction theory as guidance, in-depth analysis of the current ideological and political educationin our country’s social problems and solutions, to reality after analyzing the situation of theideological and political education, mainly from the communicative action theory ofhabermas, construct, implement communication new way of ideological and politicaleducation. Communication of ideological and political education to pay more attention to thenoumenon value and instrumental value, is a kind of way of ideological and politicaleducation with humanistic characteristics, adhere to the people-centered concept, payattention to emphasize on the basis of equality between educators and the educatees, languageas the medium through both sides communication cooperation and exchanges, and inharmonious relationship, achieve the purpose of the ideological and political education,improve the moral quality of the educated man. Full-text is divided into four parts:The first part of the introduction, introduces the background and significance of thethesis, the status quo of research at home and abroad, the paper’s research methods,innovations. Is a brief overview of background knowledge.The second part is to contact the interpretation of the theoretical basis of ideological andpolitical education, first of all, this paper discusses the generation and development of Marx’scommunication theory context and the main content and Marx communication theoryenlightenment to ideological and political education communication, followed by theintroduction of habermas’s communicative action theory, especially the content of habermas’scommunicative action theory and the enlightenment to ideological and political educationcommunication. Besides Marx and habermas’ communication theory to, this article alsoborrowed from the ideological and political education on the subjective knowledge, tries toput forward a new communicative way of ideological and political education to explore.The third part introduces the exchanges and the relationship of the ideological andpolitical education, first discusses the impact of exchanges on the ideological and politicaleducation, ideological and moral generated in the process of interaction and promotion. Here,the author in order to better describe the interaction of ideological and political education, theuse of the meaning in the main body of the philosophical community, will be used in theinteraction process of ideological and political education of intersubjectivity. Followed by reaction of the ideological and political education exchanges also reveal exchanges and theclose ties of the ideological and political education.The fourth part is the key part of the thesis, the main analysis of the current ideologicaland political education exchanges missing for this deletion, proposed to build the ideologicaland political education of the exchanges of equality, the principle of life and humaninteraction, and further proposed exchanges the realization of the ideological and politicaleducation path.
