We draw experience which Coach Charlie has built up and BT-ATS power bicyclewhich he has developed something through the theory of mechanics into bicycle training.He is keen on bicycle designing and its manufacturing, and he concerns something aboutwhich are including aerodynamics, bicycle weight, endurance, portable load force andassembly frame assembly. The products are high aerodynamic characteristics, unique lightweight, special firm characteristics. In this paper, using many research methods, selectionof cyclists through the BT-ATS power bicycle used in the general physical fitness andspecial quality and special achievement, women’s middle and long distance analysis oftechnical projects in the training, the research contents and main results:1. The BT-ATS power bicycle is the best training methods for indoor activity. It usesthe latest technology and reflects the development of sport psychology in training. Theheart rate monitor reflect the situation for bicycle athletes training load and fatigue test inthe training, the special test uses power as the training intensity of the media, it canimprove the muscle power and energy systems to cyclists.(BIYCLE TECHNOLOGIES)through training and specialized test data: use the power and monitoring heart rate, stepfrequency, and blood lactic acid to give the training accuracy of load, which makes thetraining objects get the intensity of training load of Science according to their ability, anddistinguish between of them.2. Coaches can develop a scientific training plan and master the rhythm trainingfeedback through the BT-ATS power bicycler data more effectively. Valid data BT-ATSpower bicycle uses drag principle to simulate athletes’ fast forward speed resistance and theactual special cycling training and competition to get effective results. According to projectdifferent energy supply, coaches arrange different means and scientific training method forathletes through the BT-ATS power bicycle test result data in order to improve the athletes’ability to overcome air resistance. At the same time, they also use different means anddifferent training to strictly control the timing and rate of intermittent load to improve theathletes getting VO2max ability more effectively, the athlete special strength andcardiovascular function in order to lay an important foundation for training andcompetition.
