In the competitive sports overall development today, the speed of thecore,strength, rhythm-oriented training is highly competitive. It is even more importantthat recover faster after exercise. But recovery should pay attention to efficiency, inanother words, to achieve the maximum recovery in the shortest time. There is anexcellent coaching team behind today’s elite athletes. They implement a scientificmonitoring for whole processes of exercise training.under the guidance of a think tank,athletes would achieve physical, psychological and social recovery to reach a besttraining effect accumulation. But most athletes do not have such conditions. Fromcollege sports team training, the most common way to recovery is organize activitiesafter training. Biochemical indicators are mainly used in heart rate and blood pressure,better training team selected lactic acid, urine and other indicators. Compared with othermethods up,heart rate and blood pressure are non-invasive,simple and cheap, which is alot of coaches favorite line monitoring tools. So,how to achieve the greatest degree ofrecovery under limited conditions? This issue that is urgent problems has attracted theattention in the general sports training.The observation that,relaxed running activities are usually10minutes not required,constant intensity or gradually increased the intensity in practice cooling downexercise.But combined with the theory those may not be enough to reasonably.Summarizes the results of relevant research found that there are two arrangements forcooling down relaxation running: one is about50%of the relaxation strength to run10minutes and the other one is gradually adjust the intensity of the relaxation run with theblood lactate concentration changes. This preliminary study is to investigate these effectsin the relaxation running,at the same time the findings can guide the same level oftraining practice and expansion of practical sports training theories.In this paper, six athletes of400m in Wuhan Institute of Physical EducationAcademy team as experimental subjects.According to their actual training situation,formulate a relaxed running plan of three training cycles. After a big lactic acid trainingonce a week,take intensity monitoring and blood lactate testing to relaxed running. Andblood lactate concentration were analyzed. Results:(1)A range of lactate clearance appears first quick back slow trend;(2) Relaxed run beginning at50%intensity after the big lactic acid training is better toeliminated lactic acid, with lower blood lactate concentration a lower-intensity relaxedrunning in ending is better.(3) Relaxation run as50%-40%-30%strength’s effect of scavenging lactic acid is thebest in the experiment. |
