Swimming is a technology combined with power movement, and stroke of breaststroke is the oldest, is also a competitive swimming four kind of posture in the technical requirements of the highest strokes. Competitive breaststroke technology with technology is divided into stroke and kick, two cooperate propulsion technology, make the athletes in the water swimming. This study selected three primary swimmer and six secondary swimmer as experiment object. Experiment personnel through the two Casio EX-FH25high-speed cameras, Lactate Pro portable analysis of lactic acid and GGC-16force transducer of resistance strain type on the subjects of participant’s testing, access to all the athletes in road middle reaches of the stroke frequency and stroke length data, to the side after5min of blood lactic acid and technology action propulsion data decomposition-coordination technology.This research through the different levels in the process of the athletes on the way to swim stroke frequency, stroke length, technical action cycle of change, and through the analysis of different technologies propulsion and lactic acid changes, reflect the athletes under the different technologies of energy supply situation, analysis the reason why there are differences in performance athletes. For the coaches to athletes after scientific technology and provides some references for the physical training.In this paper, the main research results:1.Level1athletes breaststroke matching technology is significantly superior to the Level2athletes stroke technique was the main cause of row frequency is significantly higher than secondary athletes. Improve performance athletes, speed up the athletes swim on the way into, athletes need to be on the basis of the stroke length unchanged focus on increasing frequency.2.Level1athletes propulsion is bigger, timeliness is significantly superior to the Level2athletes. Improvement the athletes need to focus on specific exercise of power, strengthen the ability to quickly overcome resistance to complete technical movement.3.Level1athletes with technology is more perfect, technical structure significantly better than that of the Level2athletes. Improvement of athletes, the athletes need adjusted key technical action structure, make the technique more coherent structure.4.Cooperate with stroke technique in less energy consumption, kick technique consumes energy is larger. Stroke technique compared with the kick technique can not only provide faster meshes, and consume less energy, more efficient and more economical, more energy to run after a savings. Improvement of athletes, the athletes need to focus on increasing stroke technique and strengthen the ability of anaerobic training, improve the ability of athletes in propulsion.
