Is to cultivate the students’ analysis ability, thinking ability, innovation ability as the goal, through the design of various types, quantity, according to the appropriate math homework and strong, to provide adequate opportunities to engage in mathematics activities for students, to help students in autonomous learning and interactive process Naka Shinsei understand and master the basic mathematical knowledge and skills, mathematical thinking and methods, access to a wide range of Mathematic Activity experience.The third grade children learning habits, learning attitude from plasticity to an important transitional stage gradually stereotypes. I established a "problems and the third grade math homework design improvement strategy research".This paper adopts literature method to collect the relevant basic theory of primary school math homework design strategy, the connotation and extension of research morerich, more clear, more scientific, and the existing research, review. By the investigation of pupils in mathematics learning and active learning of the students, and based on the investigation results, targeted to take corresponding strategy and the method. From the design of class work, promote the students to explore their own life; design work, let the students to integrate theory with practice; interesting design work, ignite the enthusiasm of students; understanding of design work, to train students’ ability of reflection; design diverse work, arouse students’ interest; level set homework, let students experience the success of the six part to start, boils, layers of depth. Through the research, promote the transformation of students’ learning ability and learning ways to improve. Change the concept of teachers, promote the development of teachers’ professional knowledge. The mathematics classroom teaching has shown new features, made the promotion of research experience.
