Homework evaluation is an integral part of educational evaluation.Homework is an important link for students to complete their own learning process.It is a direct response to students' learning situation.Many researchers have done a lot of research on teacher evaluation,students' academic evaluation and classroom teaching evaluation,but in the category of teaching evaluation,there are still very few research work evaluation.This paper,taking several ordinary high schools in Xining as an example,studies the problem of job evaluation and the strategy of improvement.It has a certain contribution to the theoretical research of geography homework evaluation in high school,and can also help and support the teachers in the field of job evaluation.This paper mainly studies the problems and Strategies of Xining high school geography homework evaluation through literature,interview and questionnaire survey.The research object is the geography teachers,students and parents of several ordinary high schools in Xining.The theoretical basis of the study is mainly the theory of multiple intelligences,the theory of humanistic psychology and the theory of constructivism.Through the study,it is found that the present situation of high school geography job evaluation in Xining is relatively accurate for teachers,students and parents,teachers and students attach importance to geography evaluation,parents ignore geography homework evaluation,students are satisfied with the overall evaluation method,but students' participation is low,the use of geographical assignment marks is too simple,and the comments still are Priority is given to the system of priority,emphasis on discipline knowledge,less ability and emotional evaluation,and teachers' demand for education evaluation training.At present,the reasons for these problems are the high expectations of the teachers,the heavy task of the teachers,and the lack of professional evaluation and guidance.The improvement strategies include building a harmonious social support network,giving teachers more training and learning opportunities,reducing students' burden,diversifying evaluation symbols,using more criticism,and establishing job evaluation mechanism.
