In1999, the College began a large-scale expansion in China, operators have been expanding in colleges and universities, which makes running an increasingly tense, how to guarantee and improve teaching quality of higher education, became the major focus of deepening the reform of education and teaching in universities and hot spots, but also by society as a kind of universal concern.
