Educational justice is the important content of social justice. It is an extension of social equity in education field. Both abroad and at home, the research of educational justice is based evaluator’s thinking, that is to say, from the perspective of the researchers to attention of educational justice problem. In fact, the real and important of educational justice is whether or not that each student can feel it and give an appropriate feedback. Therefore, the study view of this research understands the students’sense of justice by their experiences. Educational justice is a kind of emotional experience and judgment of justice. That refers to the educators (teachers, schools, including school system rules). The experience is often an individual of psychological reaction of living conditions, is to treat their behavior toward others perceive, is also a reaction of individual personal characteristic.This research embarks from integration. Using the sentence completion test method and questionnaire survey, qualitative research, and quantitative research, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the research discusses the educational justice of junior high school students. This study mainly includes three parts:first, the structure and measurement tools of educational justice; second, the struction and measurement tools of the reaction mode; third, the analysis of educational justice and reaction mode of junior high school students; last, put forward the corresponding education countermeasures.The study concluded that:1. Educational justice of junior high school students is a multi-dimensional system. The system include the justice right, the justice of resources distribution, the justice interpersonal interaction, the justice of emotional attitude, the justice of ability quality, the justice of appraisal way.2. In this study, compiled" the scale on educational justice and reaction mode of junior high school students". It has validity index and meets the requirement of psychomatrics.3. Educational justice of junior high school students is relatively higher: the two factors of the justice of interpersonal interaction, the justice of emotional attitude is relatively higher than the other factors.According to the suevey results of educational justice and reaction mode, this paper put forward the following suggestions:the establishment of a justice eduationsystem, to ensure that students have equal expression and participation rights; teachers should establish the correct concept, and constantly improve their own occupation accomplishment; constructing the psychological defense mechanism and promote positive attribution; students should have a clear of their own and deal with the emotional self to moderate sensitivity training.
