Research On The Effectiveness Of College’ Counselors Conversation

The deepening of the reform and opening up and the continuous development ofmarket economy, it is good for the college students to emancipate the mind, renew theidea, open field of vision, facing the world. But at the same time, also brought somenegative effects, serious impact on the ideology of college students, put forwardsevere challenge to ideological and political education. Facing the new situation andnew problems in the new period, to further advance ideological and politicaleducation practice, strengthening the guidance of contemporary college students, tonurture and encourage them in a firm political stand to face the impact of the outsideworld, correctly to recognize and deal with all kinds of problems, is the ideologicaland political education in the new period of important mission.This study introduces psychology experiment method, based on the ideologicaland political education of human-oriented is put forward in the new periodrequirement, application important scholar Rogers people-centered humanisticpsychology theory and the basic principle of operating system concept, combinedclosely with the university students’ ideological and political work practice, would bea sincere, listen, unconditional positive regard and empathy and guide the student todo self evaluation of the five dimensions, design survey questionnaire，application ofprediction, a pretest, after test, reliability test and validity test program, talk ofinstructors in-depth exploration and research into the effectiveness of the problem.Measurement results show that: by instructors a pretest and posttest scoresstatistics can be seen after test average of total score are significantly higher than theaverage of the pretest scores, and significant difference, after each dimensionmeasurement of the total average score is higher than the previous test average. Apretest and posttest scores statistics by student test scores after can see the averagetotal score of the average higher than the previous test, after each dimensionmeasurement of the total average score is higher than the previous test average. To thequality of students’ experimental data analysis shows that after the student test scoresand test scores before contrast is on the rise. By the interviews of students can beseen，students are more like and accept the conversation after training，trainingpromotes the effects of conversation. Thus draw the conclusion: after training ofuniversity counselors, use Rogers’s people-centric theory basic principle and concept of operation system to talk with students, the effect is better than the past, theeffectiveness of the counselors talk with students is improved.In the end, this paper based on the analysis of the conclusion, on how tostrengthen the theory innovation of ideological and political education in the newperiod to practical application and reference to the human common spiritual andcultural wealth development of modern ideological and political education andimprove ideological and political education of the scientific level of some importanttheoretical problems such as carried on the thorough discussion and reflection.Combined with the actual current college reform and development and the counselorwork, proposed the scientific theory and the concept of rules and operation andenhancing the acceptability of ideological and political education, by the methods offine performance to improve students’ ideological and political work, the counselorshould strengthen learning to improve knowledge and literacy such as specificcountermeasures, for relevant department decision-making and improve and optimizethe ideological and political education work to provide reference.
