Senior pupils of informal groups because of their age, cognitive particularity and development gradually stable,different from the lower grades, presents the new characteristics in new era. Cohesion is an important trait of formal groups, Specification, leadership, communication, power factor even group properties can be reflected from the cohesion and change. Research also suggests from the scholars both at home and abroad, there is a close link between group cohesion and productivity. Therefore, research on primary school students informal group cohesion, can help teachers to grasp clearly the development characteristics of informal groups, and make more targeted guidance and management.Based on the current research status of informal groups, analysis of the influencing factors of cohesion, and refer to the related concepts, use two classes of xinzhaizi primary school in dalian for the research object directly, analysis of the characteristics deeply.The length of time, frequency of joint activities, nature of the external performance, a common purpose, rejection and group morale is the formal group cohesion changes of external performance. In general, if the degree of interaction was higher, cohesion will be higher. Pupil would be Care about star, emotional needs, rejection and more Communication space.According to the characteristics of the elementary school higher grades informal group cohesion, face the informal groups actively, understand different nature of the group cohesion in a planned way, put forward targeted strategy, unite it or disorganize it, learn to good at guide for Cultivating the students’ collective consciousness.
