Ideological and political lesson teacher’s professional development is refers to the political lesson teacher according to the requirement of the curriculum standard, according to the needs of the development of students, improve teacher’s ideological understanding, enrich the teachers’ professional knowledge, to improve teachers’ teaching skills and level of development and mature process. Teacher professional development is a new concept of basic education course reform, also is the demand of the new curriculum for teachers’ quality and ability. Under the background of ideological and political new curriculum, improving teachers’ quality, promote teachers’ professional development, is the further development of basic education curriculum reform, is about the development of quality education, is about the development of students, therefore, research on teachers’ professional development is of great significance.In the process of new curriculum implementation, teachers’ professional development issues are highly valued.
