Under The New Curriculum Thought Political Teachers' Professional Development

Teacher professional development is refers to the teachers’ professional thought, professional knowledge and professional skills development and mature process. Ideological and political lesson teacher’s professional development is refers to the political lesson teacher according to the requirement of the curriculum standard, according to the needs of the development of students, improve teacher’s ideological understanding, enrich the teachers’ professional knowledge, to improve teachers’ teaching skills and level of development and mature process. Teacher professional development is a new concept of basic education course reform, also is the demand of the new curriculum for teachers’ quality and ability. Under the background of ideological and political new curriculum, improving teachers’ quality, promote teachers’ professional development, is the further development of basic education curriculum reform, is about the development of quality education, is about the development of students, therefore, research on teachers’ professional development is of great significance.In the process of new curriculum implementation, teachers’ professional development issues are highly valued. In order to the smooth implementation of new curriculum, the all levels of professional training of teachers, and spent a lot of manpower and financial resources. Research on teacher professionalism also made many research results. But along with the further development of the new curriculum implementation, with the advent of the new education situation and new problems that require further strengthening teachers’ professional development theory and practice research. This is also in this paper, we study the deep background.Full text research framework is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction. The introduction mainly introduces the problem of teachers’ professional development and its research significance, research status at home and abroad, and in this paper, we study the basic train of thought and method. The second part elaborates the concept and requirements to teacher professional development. In the third part expounds the background of new curriculum the significance of ideological and political lesson teachers improve their professional development. The fourth part, according to consult literature and practice school observation analysis of the main problems of ideological and political lesson teachers’ professional development, and cause analysis. Fifth part according to the current problems existing in the high school ideological and political lesson teachers’ professional development, puts forward the effective ways of ideological and political lesson teachers’ professional development.The innovation of this paper lies in that the main problems existing in the ideological and political lesson teachers’ from high school, explore the ideological and political lesson teachers’ professional development under the background of new curriculum’s meaning and effective way.
