Education is the great plan of the country and the Party,and bears the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity.On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the key to the success of ideological and political theory courses lies in teachers,and the key lies in giving full play to teachers’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.At the same time,it puts forward the specific requirements of "six demands" and "eight unifications",which points out the direction for the teachers of ideological and political lessons.The opening of the era of core literacy and the promotion of the new curriculum reform have put forward new requirements for the ideological and political teachers in senior high schools.Teaching preparation is a necessary part of teaching.The quality of teacher’s preparation is closely related to the teaching effect.The ideological and political teachers must consider various factors as a whole to meet new challenges.How to better prepare lessons is a new problem facing high school teachers.This paper combines the related theories of lesson preparation with the teaching practice,starting from four aspects of lesson preparation concept,lesson preparation content,lesson preparation link and lesson preparation quality evaluation,to understand the expected state of ideological and political teachers’ lesson preparation.At the same time,an investigation is conducted on the school where the researcher works to truly reflect the actual state of the ideological and political teachers’ lesson preparation.By comparing the actual state and the supposed state of the ideological and political teachers’ lesson preparation,the gap between the actual state and the supposed state is considered and the reasons are analyzed.Due to the teachers’ lack of professional development consciousness,the lack of time for lesson preparation,the imperfect quality evaluation system for lesson preparation and the schools’ neglect of teacher’s lesson preparation,the ideological and political teachers’ lesson preparation lacks the guidance of correct ideas,the content is not perfect,and some links lack effectiveness and other problems.In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political teachers’ lesson preparation,the researchers put forward targeted and feasible strategies from the subjective and objective perspectives,such as establishing the correct concept of lesson preparation,improving the content of lesson preparation,optimizing the link of lesson preparation and perfecting the management system,so as to improve the ideological and political teachers’ lesson preparation ability,and then improve the teaching effect. |
