The word bulling should be no stranger to everyone, the bullying throughout always of human social behavior, especially among high school students bully problem is on the rise. With the social progress in recent years, the continuing development of science and technology, computers, mobile phones and other communication tools more and more people of all ages, the Internet also will quietly integrated into people’s daily lives. There is no doubt that the development of the network to bring the people to facilitate the progress of life, but at the same time, the network is also a double-edged sword, it is to bring people convenience but also caused a lot of bad, and among young people caused by the network the bullying problem is one of them. Therefore, I will bully problem as the object of study, high school students in groups network and network bully is theoretically divided for direct networks the bully and indirect network bullied two aspects of the research, carried out a survey of high school students network bully status quo, hoping curb high school students network bullying approach to standardize the network moral education of high school students in the basis of research feedback.Take a literature method, questionnaires and interviews to study. First, the author access to a wealth of information about network bullied two aspects of behavior and moral education literature, a preliminary understanding of the network definition of the concept of bullying, the link between the classification, bullying and being bullied, the sex ratio and the traditional bully behavior similarities and differences, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for further investigation of the implementation of the study.
