"National Medium-long term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" points that we should cultivate distinguished teachers to improve teacher professional level. The teachers of secondary vocational schools are the major force on teaching, and their teaching standard directly affects the quality of secondary vocational school’s teaching, and distinguished teachers are the leader of teachers on professional development, and they have noble professional beliefs, noble personality and professional ethics, deep professional knowledge, strong teaching ability and scientific research ability. The most important is that they have strong awareness of self-development. The distinguished teachers are models and goals for ordinary teachers, and their demonstration and leading can not only help teachers explore their potential, but also have important reference vale for the teachers.Firm professional beliefs and strong awareness of self-development plays a leading role in growth of secondary vocational distinguished teachers. The endogenous factors are the decisive factor in their growth and exogenous factors only play a role through endogenous factors. The study researches distinguished teachers’endogenous factors and explores their growth law to provide effective ways for the teacher of secondary vocational schools. The author selects thirty samples from distinguished teachers of Liaoning province, and counts and analyzes their endogenous factors.The study has five chapters. The first part describes the research’s background. The author analyzes the research value of distinguished teachers’endogenous factors and reviews past literature. The second part elaborates theoretical foundation of the growth process of secondary vocational teachers and then constructs theoretical framework of endogenous factors. The third part introduces the research methods and the process of survey tool’s preparation. The fourth part counts and analyzes distinguished teachers’basic situation of secondary vocational school in Liaoning Province and the results of questionnaire. The fifth part proposes the suggestions about distinguished teachers’growth and cultivation based on the investigation.
