The development of education is inseparable from teacher’s teaching. The qualified teachers are the foundation to build a first-class education. They are highly specialized teachers and their teaching have influence of demonstrating and leading ordinary teachers. This paper trys to explore the primary and secondary school distinguished teachers’ teaching characteristics from three dimensionalities:subject, pedagogy, students.First, subjects’dimensionalities reflect the distinguished teacher is unique in the aspect of "what to teach", which includes two characteristics:knowledge of the subject content and instruction. There are five manifestations of teaching:disciplinarity; characteristic of investigation; unique interpretation of the teaching materials; creativity and reflection.of teaching practice.Secondly, the pedagogy’s dimensionalities reflect the distinguished teachers are same in the aspect of "how to teach", which mainly include four characteristics: distinguished teachers have a strong sense of professional autonomy; they know how to motivate students; their teaching are charactered with sense of art; they have profound teaching concept. So Primary and secondary school distinguished teachers also have eleven kinds of manifestation in their teaching:rich on responsibility; more autonomy on teaching; strong need for self-actualization; expectation of the best teaching results; diversification of motivating students; diversity of teaching language; superb teaching wisdom; specialization of create a humor classroom atmosphere; irreproducibility of teaching process; distinction of teaching ideas; unique style of teaching.Finally, students dimensionality reflects the common characteristic of the distinguished teachers in the aspect of "how to learn", which includes two characteristics: their student-centered standpoint and concern on students. The student dimensionality has six manifestations:rich on teaching caring; connection with life; rich on delight and interesting; adjustment of the teaching process; implementation of taking effective measures; variation of classroom teaching.
