The population and family planning policy implemented in order to achieve coordinated development of population and social, economic, environmental, resource, program management of the birth and population control. The population problem is that China has long faced a problem of development, related to the economic and social development. Comprehensively addressing population issues related to social progress and sustainable economic development of the major, urgent strategic task. China’s family planning policy has attracted worldwide attention, but with the development of society, the new emerging population issues, some of the old laws, regulations and Planned Parenthood has been unable to meet the status quo at this stage of social development, which makes China’s population and family planning work there are a lot of new situations and new problems. To fundamentally solve these problems properly, the problem has long been China’s family planning policy, family planning problems under the new situation in-depth reflection and analysis, and on this basis to seek a solution of the problem. This article entitled "Reflections on China’s population and family planning policies to study the population problem.
