Modern apprenticeship is a new talent training mode,which combines traditional apprenticeship with modern vocational education and "double subjects" of school and enterprise.The development of modern apprenticeship is in line with the trend of social development,and it is also an important talent training mode of tourism industry at this stage.Cultivating more suitable talents for the society has become one of the trends of talent training mode reform.At the end of 2020,the 14 th five year plan adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly proposes to build a modern apprenticeship development mode with high Chinese characteristics,and accelerate the development and growth of China’s modern apprenticeship from the aspects of overall development of schools,effective docking and training of enterprises,transformation of social concepts,and government guarantee.Taking the national macro-control policy as the background,this study selects Guangdong Province as the research object,and takes the modern apprenticeship training mode of hotel management major in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research content.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation,specific implementation measures and implementation results of the apprenticeship talent training mode,and summarizes the implementation experience of modern apprenticeship talent training The existing problems in the process and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part describes the background and significance of the research,combing the domestic and foreign research results related to the modern apprenticeship talent training mode,on this basis to determine the research ideas and research content.The second part first defines the concepts of higher vocational colleges,modern apprenticeship,hotel management and talent training mode.On this basis,combing the combination of education and labor theory,experiential learning theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part studies the current situation of the modern apprenticeship training mode of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges,and uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the students in higher vocational colleges,so as to obtain the real situation of the implementation of modern apprenticeship.At the same time,based on the feedback results of the questionnaire survey,it points out that the existing problems of the modern apprenticeship training mode are the strict rights and obligations of "mentors" There are many problems,such as the lack of rules and regulations,the lack of mechanism to protect the interests of enterprises,the lack of fine management ability of apprenticeship in vocational colleges,the poor matching between curriculum design and development and hotel work,and the need to improve teachers’ practical skills.The fourth part based on the above problems,combined with foreign advanced experience,puts forward the optimization countermeasures from the following aspects: establish and improve the modern apprenticeship laws and regulations,strengthen the in-depth guidance of the industry,enhance the enthusiasm of enterprise participation,establish the talent reserve mechanism,optimize the management mechanism of vocational colleges,etc.The fifth part summarizes and looks forward to the research.It is believed that the education mechanism of school enterprise cooperation should be effectively implemented through multi-level cooperation,and it can provide reference for the double master sports man mode of school enterprise cooperation. |
