Research On Incentive Management Of AG Vocational College Counselors

College counselors which undertake dual tasks of ideological and political education and students’ daily management are an important part of college teaching body. They are very crucial for cultivating high quality talents and maintaining harmonious and stable campus. Therefore, the thesis used a certain incentive theory which set incentive management of college counselors as a center, explored the countermeasures of effective incentive management for college counselors combining the example of AG vocational technological college.First of all, the thesis introduced the background of selected topic, the purpose, significance and thought of the research, adopted research methods, innovation and limitations. Then, summed up the incentive principles and incentive theory used in the thesis briefly, summarized the revelation on counselors incentive.Secondly, it analyzed the main demand of college counselors from the importance of counselors work and work features, and pointed out the current status of college counselors’incentive management, main problems existing in the incentive management and main incentive methods.Thirdly, it analyzed its incentive management system. Based on the current status of counselors’body in AG vocational technological college, analyzed main adopted method and effect gotten, pointed out main existing problems in the incentive management.At last, it put forward incentive countermeasures aiming at existing problems in AG vocational technological college on salary administration, performance management and vocational development, the constraint mechanism on ensuring effective implementation of incentive system and safeguard mechanism about how to implement incentive management system effectively.
