With the deepening of reform and opening up step by step, the economy of Wenling city keeps on continuous, healthy and steady development, forms a special feature with a vivid mechanism, active of market, abundant of private capital on place economy development and attracts other people’s attention from other cities in Zhejiang province or the whole country. However these migrant laborers’children, some are left-behind children, and some have transferred several times because of parents’working. These made their English learning habits existence so many problems. For example, a lot of migrant laborers’children do not take English class earnestly, do not take part in English activity aggressively, and do not speak English loudly and so on. Bad English learning habits become a big obstruct for migrant labors’ children learning English well. In order to correct these bad English learning habits, the writer takes one year, checking a great deal of cultural heritage data, selects migrant labors’ children and local students carrying a questionnaire and interviewing colleagues and students and obtains English learning habits of the migrant laborers’children. The writer analyzes the causes, strategy to improve the migrant laborers’children of English learning habits and English achievement.This article mainly includes the following three parts in the main body of content:The first part is the present situation investigation. Through the questionnaire survey, the writer finds the migrant children and local differences in English learning habits. For understanding the problems, the writer interviews the teachers and students to understand the reasons behind the phenomenon.The second part is problem and reason analysis. The writer analysis its problems and reasons of migrant laborers’ children’s English learning habits. The main factors effect migrant laborers’ children’s English learning habits are learning interest and motivation, mental, will quality and the role of family and teachers.The third part is suggestion. Parents and teachers make recommendation to the formation of migrant laborers’ children’s good English learning habits.
