Educational Research Into The Trailing Children Of Migrant Workers In Rural Primary School In Zhengzhou

Zhengzhou City has become the core city of the Belt and Road Initiative,thus winning more strategic opportunities for economic and social development.In recent years,Zhengzhou City has promoted a new type of urbanization,demolition of urban village and new district construction and planning attracted oceans of migrant workers to flood into cities.Under the new situation,the education of their trailing children and the research into how to tackle the problem has become a must.In order to know the various problems facing the trailing children of migrant workers,the thesis gave a general summary of the enrollment of these children and a general introduction of X Primary School,and designed the questionnaire and the interview outline.The result showed that the main problems facing the trailing children of migrant workers are as follows: the disadvantages of the school,the trailing children's own problems and the problems of the migrant workers' families.Based on the above research,the thesis put forward the following suggestions for education facing the trailing children of migrant workers: From the angle of the country and government,they should make some relative laws,improve the environment for the rural primary schools,equip those schools with better teachers,give the teachers higher pay and help improve the teaching environment.For the schools and teachers,they should provide compensatory education for the trailing children;provide more educational guidance for the family of the migrant worker,give more attention to children of migrant workers for their study,give more help to them for their behaviors,more concern for their mental health,and enhance the level of education teaching.For the parents of the children,they should make every endeavor to form a better studying environment,cooperate well with the school and teachers,and communicate more with the teachers.For the society,they can offer various parents' training centers in the community,set up more educational institutions for school children and the media should be more careful when reporting and spreading the education ideas.With the development of the new type of urbanization,there will be more migrant workers coming into cities from rural areas;hopefully the research and suggestions will be of use to the education of the trailing children of the migrant workers.
