Recent years, as the number of migrant laborers’ children surge, their educationhas also been widespread concern, how to ensure that they integrate into city life andadapt to the city school environment has become the new perspective of attention onthe preliminary solve the problem of enrollment. The paper mainly uses literaturemethod and questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data, uses dataanalysis and comparison dataprocessing of the collected data and then looked at thestatus quo and also analysed the different of migrant laborers’ children schooladjustment,especially in learning, interpersonal relationship and conventional.Conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The school adjustment of migrant laborers’ children is good in general, theproportion of well-adjusted is89.9%.Four dimensions of the school adjustment,there are problems of maladjustment in academic adjustment,teacher-studentrelationship adjustment, companionate relationship adjustment in addition toconventional adjustment, the proportion of maladjustment are5.8%、6.9%、8.7%,respectively.2.Through the variance analysis we found that:①There are no significantdifference in school adjustment, teacher-student relationship, companionaterelationship and conventional adjustment between migrant laborers’ children andChangchun local students, but there is significant difference in academic adjustmentand local students performed better than migrant laborers’ children;②Migrantlaborers’ children have no significant gender difference in school adjustment andcompanionate relationship, but their have significant gender difference inteacher-student relationship and conventional and girls performed better than boys;③For migrant laborers’ children, no significant grade difference was found on schooladjustment,academic adjustment and conventional adjustment,but significant gradedifference was found on teacher-student relationship adjustment and we found thatgrade five was significantly lower than that of grade four and grade six;④There is nosignificant influence to migrant laborers’ children school adjustment that he is transferstudent or one-child or not;⑤The higher literacy of a father has, the betterperformance in school adjustment of his child, but this effect is insignificant;⑥Mother’s literacy has significant influence to school adjustment, teacher-student relationship and conventional adjustment of her child, the higher literacy of a motherhas, the better performance in school adjustment of the child, it is a linear proportionalrelationship between mother’s literacy and school adjustment of child.
