Investigation And Analysis Of Present Situation Of Amateur Training Of Migrant Laborers’ Children In Wuhan Middle Schools

A large number of migrant workers have been coming to Wuhan in recent years, with their children going to all levels of schools in Wuhan. There are lots of teenagers with sports talent, in addition, the potential sports talents resources not only add fresh blood for the amateur sports training at school, but also provide a new growth point for the development of competitive sports of Wuhan. Therefore, it plays an important role in improving reserve tales training mode. Based on this, this study through the investigation to understand the status and influencing factors of children of migrant workers in Wuhan City amateur sports training, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research object is the children of migrant workers in Wuhan City amateur training status, the study was conducted on 14 middle school 7 urban center area. The research methods are:literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, logic analysis, mathematical statistics etc. The following conclusions are obtained through the research:(1) Physical education teachers (coaches) of migrant workers’ children in Wuhan need to further optimize the structure of the team. The physical education teachers (coaches) who guide the children of migrant workers for amateur training has little senior titles and qualifications of the coaches, some physical education teachers (coaches) level of expertise, knowledge update training schedule, professional skills and knowledge, needs to be further improved in order to adapt to the optimization of scientific training requirements.(2) The contradiction between learning and training of the children of migrant workers in Wuhan influences amateur training and family support. Wuhan municipal administrative department of education to give considerable attention and emphasis of the children of migrant workers to participate in amateur sports training, but the contradiction between education and training of the children of migrant workers who are training is more prominent, while the children of migrant workers to participate in training the body quality is good, the parents support more for their children, but the survey results display, when large training has effect on their study, parents will choose to let their children suspended from participating in the training.(3) Amateur training, physical security and management efficiency of the children of migrant workers in Wuhan needs to be further improved. Wuhan City secondary school admission of children of migrant workers training conditions, although the overall size of the quantity is relatively rich, but the utilization rate is still not perfect, coupled with the training funds rely on higher funding due to insufficient training funds and coach benefits poor phenomenon, greatly affected the quality of amateur sports training.(4) Amateur sports training mode of children of migrant workers in Wuhan can be improved. The regulatory efficiency of Wuhan Department of education for school amateur training situation needs to be improved. Resulting in amateur training and scientific selection and scientific level is not high, the coaches to formulate training plans, training content is not complete, lack of systematic and long-term, the majority of coaches knowledge is not updated in a timely manner, also it is a major cause of the scientific training level is not high.Investigation on the basic situation in the amateur sports training in Chinese children of migrant workers, to promote the development of competitive sports in Wuhan City, broaden the way of personnel training, to eliminate the unbalanced phenomenon between project development, plays a decisive significance to perfect the reserve personnel training mode.
