Research Of Higher Vocational Colleges Professional Cultivating Model Of Golf

Under the education mode of sustainable development, the high-quality golf talent cultivation is an important content of the research on golf education development, and also a top priority of golf vocational education. Our golf education is still in primary stage, especially golf vocational education in the exploratory stage. The quantity and quality of golf talent cultivation both fail to meet the current development of golf industry. Therefore, to research and innovate in golf talent cultivation mode, to accelerate golf talent cultivation, and to improve cultivating quality are extremely urgent.In this paper, the author analyzes and describes the current development of golf industry and golf talents demand conditions, golf talent cultivation status, and the problems and confusion encountered during vocational cultivation of golf talents with documents, interviews, case studies, logical analysis and other research methods. The author believes that nowadays golf professionals are needed desperately in China. However, the education and training of golf professionals obviously can not meet that demand owning to shortcomings existing in aspects like curriculum system, faculty, training conditions, teaching material, and so on. This essay attempts to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the mode of talents cultivation in Liaoning Vocational College. Finally, with the era of knowledge economy’s requirements of vocational talents" quality, and with the construction theory of talents cultivating mode, to innovate the college’s current talent cultivating mode, and to explore teaching methods and models with vocational characteristics, so that the existing or aspiring golf professionals providing vocational colleges can draw ideas and strategies to achieve the sustainable development of golf vocational education, to achieve the aim of improving the cultivating quality of applied talents.This research shows that:1、At present, the golf professionals that are badly needed in China can mainly be classified into three kinds:basic-level service talents, management talents, and talents with great golf skills, psychology knowledge and good teaching capacity.2、Liaoning Vocational College has two talent training modes that the school-enterprise co-operation and combination of practice and learning, the dual-certificate system. And they have achieved a notable success, the advantage of the former is mainly reflected in:the process of training skill-oriented talents:majors should be arranged according to the market demand; more emphasis should be put on cultivating students’ practice ability; students should be cultivated into talents with excellent professional skills. And the latter mode promotes the ability of social practice, the sustainable development capacity and the comprehensive professional quality of students are considerably improved, which contributes to a satisfying employment rate.3、Some defects in talent training mode for golf specialty of Liaoning Vocational College are worth noting:the curriculum system is not sound; teaching material with work-integrated learning characteristic and well-qualified teaching staff with bi-expertise can not meet the demand of teaching; training and assessment policy also need to be perfected. 4> More efforts can be made in the following aspects:construction of training venue, school-enterprise co-operation, establishment of curriculum system,"Double-type" teaching staff, teaching mode, evaluation system for talents training in vocational education, in order to innovate and perfect the mode of cultivation of golf professionals in Liaoning Vocational College.
