Research On Talent Cultivating Mode Of X Higher Vocational College

With the deep development of higher vocational education in China,research on talent cultivating mode of higher vocational education has attracted more and more domestic and foreign experts and scholars' attention.It has become an important studying topic of higher vocational education.This paper from the current situation of X Higher Vocational College,aimed at the problems of existing talent cultivation,and analyzed external and internal reasons.Through Comparative study,on typical talent cultivating mode of the higher vocational education of the domestic and foreign,made important enlightenments,and as a reference to the research on talent cultivating mode in X Higher Vocational College,and then from several aspects below:personnel training,professional setting,curriculum system,teaching methods,the construction of teachers,team,cultivating ways,teaching mode and training evaluation,elaborated how to construct the talent cultivating mode,and thus explored the new talent cultivating mode suitable for the development of higher vocational education in China.Finally,this article summarized the implementation of security of talent cultivating mode of X Higher Vocational College,from four aspects:renewing the idea of running schools,the establishment of professional construction committee,improving practical teaching resources,formulating and revising teaching management system.
