In the key period of economic and social development, China puts forward the concept of inclusive development and that is of strategic significance. Inclusive development is an important strategic choice for China to deal with the challenges of the new era, which emphasizes coordinated development and shares the opportunities, process and results of development equally and reasonably. Education is the foundation department of the society, as well as an important part of social undertakings. Unfair education does great harm to society. Promoting educational fairness has great significance to inclusive development and building a well-off society. This thesis is putting forward a question, then analyzing the question, and solving the question finally. The thesis tries to study educational fairness from the perspective of inclusive development comprehensively and summarize the achievements and problems when promoting educational fairness of our country; The thesis is to find what causes educational unfairness and to seek the corresponding solutions.The study is based on the current economic and social development of our country, which summarizes inclusive development, pointing out the backdrop, theoretical support and the important value of inclusive development. It analyzes the present state of educational fairness in our country comprehensively from two aspects, approving the achievements and pointing out the problems. Combined with the reality, it deeply analyzes the causes of the problems of educational unfairness from the subjective and objective perspective, and then puts forward the countermeasures to promote educational fairness from the perspective of inclusive development. The countermeasures are developing urban and rural areas equally, promoting balanced development among regions, fulfilling the outline National Plan of Educational Reform and Development in Medium and Long-term Period, using regulation to guide the leading cadres to view their achievement properly, increasing financial investment in education, distributing educational resources reasonably, and promoting educational reform and innovation.
