Because of its own barriers restriction, Mentally disabled children spread cognition, speechand communication of the defects. These lead mentally disabled children to own seriousbehavior problems, these behavioral problems impact on their study and life seriously, evenbring damage to family and country. In the meantime, as the school to cultivate mentallydisabled children, facing the mentally disabled children’s various behavioral problems, how tocorrect and interve those children is a helpless and tricky thing. Early2011at the11th NationalPeople’s Congress,”setting research institutions make special schools, teachers to target forspecial children’s education and compensation" is up by delegates.Research on mentallydisabled children receives the social attention. Now, intervention on children’s behavioral problems methods include behavioral therapy, social support training, positive behavior support law, social work intervention, games andsensory integrative therapies coaching method. These intervention methods are mostly onintelligence sound children, teenager, to mentally disabled children behavior research is less.Through these methods, we think: behavioral therapy, social support training, positive behaviorsupport law, social work intervention are more focusing on the problem itself to correct, how toeliminate problems, and need higher cognitive to cooperate meanwhile,so these methods formental and cognitive retardation has a serious obstacle. The game therapy and integrativetraining method retarded children to improve their behavior problems more positive. So, this research use young disabled children in special schools to study, attempts toexplore early motor intervention to effect children behavior question groups and case. We use athree-month period to interve about10different degree children, mainly using the basicintervention sports, games and gymnastics, five time a week,35minutes earch time.Every end, wesummarized and give timely feedback, and discusses with teacher timely.After3mouths’intervention, compared to another10children who did not attend sportsintervention but owing problems, the behavior of children in CBCL scales has reduceddifferently.Among this, the total experimental behavior scale and control groups have reachedsignificant difference (p=0.044) between measured before and after total score; Through theanalysis of each individual table, children in attention problems, indiscipline and aggressivebehavior and sexual behavior problems were incarnation in different degrees of improvement, including attention problems (p=0.046), aggressive behavior (p=0.048), somatization sexual behavior problems (p=0.044) reach significantly different. In addition, through the movementof before and after the intervention in combination with our teacher evaluation research processobservation and experience, the case in the experience during exercise interventions can migrateto daily life and study, their behavior problems improved.Research has shown that early exercise interventions to improve mentally disabledchildren’s behavior problems exist positive positive effect. This research suggests that: to mentally disabled children in the teaching of non-intellectualfactors to increase education; Special schools should attach importance to school early mentallydisabled children sport intervention; In the mentally disabled children teaching process to note:"mechanical teaching" than "to a certain extent the effect of flexible teaching", in the teachingprocess is better with "encourage" positive aggrandizement law, and use various forms, unceasingly strengthens the review, especially want to notice individualized teaching; Chooseappropriate exercise interventions, forming system model "chain" intervention.
