In order to let children win at the starting line, and in order to ensure children to have a bright future, more and more Chinese parents feel free to send children to social training school for all kinds of skills training and professional class tutorial. Strong demand has given rise to the vigorous development of the social training industry, which including A education company, but at the same time, the talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Cultivation and development of the enterprise’s core competitive ability is the key, if an enterprise want to seize the opportunities and get more development in the complicated market which is full of the opportunities and challenges, and for the industry of social education and training, extracurricular tutor’s core professional competency is mainly for the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, to strengthen the theory exploration and research for teacher team construction, to establish and perfect the extracurricular tutor’s competency model of social education training institutions, to form a good mechanism for choosing, using, nursery, remaining key teachers, has important theoretical and practical significance towards school education and social training enterprise constantly bigger and stronger and healthy development of national education training career.In this study, extracurricular tutor of A education company is as the research object, take the way of A single case study to proceed empirical research. Through the BEI case interview method with company’s senior leadership and part of the core of tutor, fully understand the company’s development strategy, the company organization structure, the current position mode and the pros and cons experience of the current human resources management, getting more relative interview information for building an effective competency model. Then combining the interview data and relevant requirements to establish competency model, design a questionnaire to post competency, and after recycling analysis, obtain the representative competency model data. Finally through the qualitative and quantitative analysis to above survey information and data, establish the position competency mode for company extracurricular tutor, and then applied to the human resources management system, including setting up important KPI index system and improving and perfecting the promotion system. |
