Moral education is a very important aspect of higher education. In this paper, the use of comparative analysis of France, the teaching of moral similarities and differences in China and the United States a more comprehensive discussion and analysis, although the two countries with different social systems, but both countries attach importance to moral education in colleges and universities play an important role in the moral education method in common:the two universities regarded courses teaching the basic methods of implementation of moral education; pay attention to improve the effect of moral education through a variety of social or school activities; emphasis on use of the mass media to moral; have paid attention to the role of the counseling law. From a different point of view:Moral Education in Universities focus on caucus organization, rather than religious education; Moral education in Universities to focus on moral education social practice political rather than moral education and social service life of American Colleges and Universities; Moral Education in Universities emphasis on indoctrination, rather than focus on the implicit education. And effectively by comparing the facts of our colleges and universities, efforts to explore Chinese Moral Actual method, focus pointed out the need to pay attention to the indoctrination and infiltration of the combination, pay attention to the dominant moral education and Implicit Moral Education in the combination of teaching methods and in social practice to achieve active participation in daily life and consciousness. So as to further promote the Current Moral Education Reform and give further play to train socialist builders and successors of the important role of moral education in our colleges and universities.Based on this idea, the paper is divided into five parts. Part Ⅰ:Introduction part; Part Ⅱ: Moral Education in the implementation of the main methods and American Universities; Part Ⅲ:China and the U.S. Moral Education in the implementation of the method of the similarities and differences; Part Ⅳ:American Colleges and Universities Moral Education in the revelation of our school moral education method; part Ⅴ:Conclusion.
