With the development of social economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the Chinese people have solved the problem of adequate food and clothing.But around there are many unhealthy diet,especially junior high school students,it is long is the crucial time,but often in the classroom is filled with all sorts of junk food taste,the flow near the school snacks stalls before always filled with students in the school.At home,students are also free to eat whatever they want,not paying enough attention to the relationship between diet and health.They seldom take part in physical labor,and are burdened with heavy schoolwork.They are supposed to be young and energetic teenagers,but they look gloomy.Aiming at the problems in teaching and life,hope that through osmosis diet health knowledge in chemistry teaching,change the wrong eating habits and unhealthy diet concept,lay a solid foundation for students to have healthy physique.Through the questionnaire survey of students,this paper has an objective understanding of the dietary health of middle school students and the reasons for this understanding.The results show that:(1)students have a certain understanding of diet health,but the concept is vague and the self-control ability is poor.(2)the students' parents due to the county where parents degree is generally low and the left-behind children than most,although parents actively advocate a healthy diet,but because the parents themselves ability and away from the reality,the influence of family the effect not beautiful.(3)students attribute their own dietary health problems to social reasons such as imperfect laws,inadequate social supervision and insufficient education promotion of school diet health.In addition,students' knowledge of diet health is fragmentary and unsystematic.The interview results of first-line chemistry teachers showed that:(1)they agreed that education has a profound influence on students' future and hold a positive attitude.(2)in class teaching,the teachers all involved education in healthy diet,but they were not professional and well-targeted,and were more casual.(3)teachers' confusion in teaching is that they lack systematic.professional knowledge.Moreover,it is difficult to grasp the degree of knowledge penetration,and I believe that my education method is single,and I hope to receive new methods through training.The contents related to diet health in chemistry textbooks of human education edition are summarized and classified into three categories:(1)subjects closely related to diet health are mainly explained in the form of new courses.(2)infiltrate some topics related to diet health in the form of activity classes or class meetings.(3)make use of scattered time to quickly infiltrate the topics that need to be discovered when only part of the sentences involve diet health.Different content to take a different way of penetration in chemistry teaching,and pay attention to collecting and a healthy diet is happening on the social relations closely examples for students with the most intuitive cognition,from the inner improve their understanding.Through ninth grade school year in the chemistry teaching in the penetration of a healthy diet,found that students knowledge of healthy eating has been effectively supplement,on junk food,unhealthy life style have a clearer understanding of,and have the ability to a certain degree of psychological resist and exclusion.Therefore,the effect of infiltrating healthy diet into students is significant,and the infiltration of healthy diet education can enable students to develop good habits that will benefit them for life.Finally put forward the proposal to the students' healthy diet education not only is the job of the chemistry teacher,hoped can cause various branches teacher including family and social attention to diet,health education,all-round multi-angle penetrating diet health education,so that the students with the most healthy body to face the future life,to become available in China.
