Objective:Observe the effects of exercise on high-fat diet rats adipose tissue and MCP-1in the movement to improve the high-fat diet in obese rat adipocytes inflammation possible mechanism for the prevention of obesity-induced movement inflammation provide experimental basis.Method:6-week-old male SD rats were44,were randomized,divided into four groups:normal diet control group(group C,n=10),normal diet+90min exercise group(CE group,n=12),high-fat diet group(H group,n=10),high-fat diet+90min exercise group(HE group,n=12).Exercise program:Rats were forced to swimming for90min, the first week of adaptation phase,the first day of exercise time was15min,15min after daily increments until the full tour90min; After the end of the first week of the two groups in90min8weeks of exercise swimming,swimming six days a week, once a day.Daily record of food intake in rats,the remaining amount,every Sunday rats weighing weight.And MCP-1,IL-6,the protein expression of TNF-α,CRP,NF-κB in the adipose tissue;rats erum8weeks after TC,TG, HDL-C,LDL-C levels.Results1.Weight:initial body weight no significant difference(P>0.05)before the rats in each group.After the experiment, the body weight of rats was significantly lower than the CE body weight of rats group C (P<0.05); H group were significantly higher body weight(P<0.05)than the body weight of rats group C;rats weighing HE group than in the group H significantly reduced body weight of rats(P<0.01).2.Ratio of body fat,body fat:After eight weeks swimming,ignificantly higher than both very rats compared with group C Hf at,fat rats(P<0.01); HE H rats compared with rats fat,body fat ratio were very significantly lower(P<0.01);compared with HE rats,rats CE body fat was significantly lower(P<0.05),body fat ratio is very significant decrease(P<0.01).3.The blood biochemical indicators:After eight weeks swimming5rat serum TG concentrations were significantly higher in group HC rats(P<0.01);rat serum TG concentrations were significantly lower than H HE rats(P<0.01).H rat serum TC concentration was significantly higher than that in group C rats(P<0.01);rat TC HE group than in H rats had a significant downward trend(P>0.05).Group H serum HDL-C concentrations than in group C rats(P <0.05).Serum LDL-C concentrations were significantly higher than H group C rats(P<0.01); HE rats LDL-C was significantly lower than that of high-fat diet rats(P<0.01).4.Adipose tissue of rats MCP-1,IL-6,TNF-a,CRP,NF-KB protein content:MCP-1content compared to C rats of group H in adipose tissue of rats was significantly higher (P<0.01);8week swimming exercise, the rats of group CE adipose tissue MCP-1content compared with the C group decreased significantly (P<0.01); HE group of rat adipose tissue MCP-1content compared with the H group has a very significantly lower (P<0.01). IL-6content compared to C rats of group H in adipose tissue of rats increased significantly (P<0.05);8week swimming exercise, the rats of group CE adipose tissue IL-6content compared with the C group decreased significantly (P<0.01); HE group of rat adipose tissue IL-6content compared with the H group had lower pole the obvious (P<0.01). TNF-α content compared to group C, group H in adipose tissue of rats increased significantly (P<0.05);8week swimming exercise, the rats of group CE adipose tissue TNF-α content compared with the C group had significantly decreased (P<0.05); HE group of rat adipose tissue TNF-α content compared with the H group reduced very significantly (P<0.01). CRP content compared to C rats of group H in adipose tissue of rats increased significantly (P<0.05);8week swimming exercise, the rats of group CE adipose tissue CRP content compared with the C group had significantly decreased (P<0.05); HE group of rat adipose tissue CRP content compared with the H group decreased significantly the (P<0.01). NF-κ B content compared to C rats of group H in adipose tissue of rats increased significantly (P<0.05);8week swimming exercise, the rats of group CE in adipose tissue of NF-κB content compared with the C group had significantly decreased (P<0.05); HE group of rat adipose tissue NF-κB content compared with H group decreased significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.8weeks after rats swimming lipid TG, TC decreased significantly reduced body weight and body fat ratio are described90min swimming exercise can effectively enhance the effect of the decomposition of body fat in rats,caused by deposition of fat to prevent obesity.3.90min swimming exercise can make high-fat diet in obese rats pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α levels decreased, NF-κB activation inhibited the expression of MCP-1and thus make the cut.90min swimming exercise can significantly improve the high-fat diet rat adipose tissue MCP-1protein levels,and ultimately reduce adipose tissue macrophages cell infiltration and inflammatory cytokines circulating IL-6, TNF-α,the amount of CRP to achieve the aim of improving the inflammatory response.
