Teaching Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Wushu Effect Course In Colleges And Universities

Wushu effect sport is one of the three major forms of martial arts. Developing the Wushu effect sports in colleges and universities is very important and significant for students to understand and mater the related theoretical knowledge of Wuhu and free combat.Wushu effect course make students master a variety of skills of Wuhu effect, methods of exercise and forms of exercise.Wushu course gives priority to Wuhu routine and free combat in colleges and universities nowadays. Once the Wuhu effect was included into the Wuhu course, it will not only make the three forms of Wuhu keep pace, let Wuhu effect better service for the development of Wuhu skills. But also improve Wuhu sport itself. This paper which uses the literature material law, the expert interview law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method, combined with the present teaching situation of Wuhu effect course in colleges and universities, offers countermeasures for development of Wuhu effect course in colleges and universities through the overview of the meaning of Wuhu effect sports, the characteristic of the project and the value of Wuhu effect.Results showed:1. The survey of situation about Wuhu effect course teaching in colleges and universities shows:Teaching goal of the course is single and teaching time is less hours; Project settings is obsolete and deep,out of touch with social needs,lacking of practicality. Teaching method is monotonous and backward without innovation; Students have little active to choose the course and do little exercise in part time but in class. Motivation of selected course is one-sided and targeted. Students have less ways to know the martial arts. The quality of Wuhu teachers is weak. Teachers are content with teaching facilities and equipments. Teaching content assessment is outdated. Teaching evaluation mainly depends on teachers without communication between teachers and students.2. The development countermeasures of Wuhu effect course in colleges and universities:The course objectives should be combined with students’ physical and mental characteristics, as well as demand of student for Wuhu effect course and should be guided by concept of lifetime PE to form a healthy lifestyle. The curriculum arrangement should be combined with college students’ learning characteristics and life characteristics. It is suggested to et up2-4credits Wushu effect elective in colleges and universities as an experiment. The Wuhu effect special course should be offered to students once achieved the anticipated result; Based on students’ different needs, course should be set up as primary classes, improved class and etcetera. The content of course should be easy to learn without high requirements for sports fields, facilities and sports apparatus. The course evaluation should be people-oriented, focusing on diversification.
